What you'll get

Three things. One session.

We strip the choreography back to what's catchy and learnable in one hour. The remaining 30 minutes? That's where we film the reel that makes the trip worth posting about.

💃

The choreography

One viral K-pop chorus or challenge hook, broken into bite-sized counts. We teach the moves, the hand placement, the camera angle, and the energy that makes a 15-second clip pop.

🎬

The reel

A finished 15–30 second reel, shot in vertical, color-graded for Instagram and TikTok. You leave the studio with the file in your phone. No editing homework. No "we'll send it later."

📸

The group photo

A studio group shot at the end of class — the kind of photo that tells the story of your Seoul trip better than another temple selfie. Yours to keep, post, frame.

How a class flows

90 minutes, planned to the beat.

No dance experience required. Every minute has a job: warm up the body, teach the moves, lock in the details, then film.

0 — 10 min
Welcome & song reveal
Introductions, today's track, what we're going to film. Quick ice-breaker so everyone in the room knows each other's names.
10 — 20 min
K-pop warm-up
Joint mobility, rhythm drills, K-pop-style isolations. Five minutes in, you'll already feel which muscles do the work.
20 — 45 min
Choreography core
The 15–30 second hook taught count by count, slowed down, then on tempo. By the 45-min mark you'll have the whole hook in your body.
45 — 60 min
Detail polish
Fingertips, eye line, mouth shape, attitude. The five percent that turns the moves from "I know it" into "this looks like K-pop."
60 — 70 min
Formation & angles
Solo, duo, or group framing. Where to stand, where to look, who hits the camera first. We choreograph the shot, not just the dance.
70 — 85 min
Filming the reel
Multiple takes, individual and group versions. Phone or instructor's camera — your call. We keep going until the take feels right.
85 — 90 min
Group photo & wrap
Studio group shot, water break, tag suggestions if you want to post. Files transferred before you leave.

Where

Hapjeong, off the tourist drag.

Where the locals dance.

We're in Hapjeong-dong — five minutes from Hapjeong Station, fifteen minutes from Hongdae. It's the side of West Seoul where Korean dancers actually train, not the tourist version of K-pop.

The studio is wood-floor, mirrored, sound-system clean, with daylight if you book the afternoon slots. No rental gear, no group-of-fifty chaos.

FAQ

Quick answers.

I've never danced before. Will I keep up?
Yes — that's exactly who this class is built for. The choreography is broken into 8-counts, taught slow, and the camera-friendly version emphasizes attitude over technical precision. If you've ever filmed a TikTok at home, you'll be more than fine.
Can I choose the song?
You can request a song — but the final pick is the studio's call. We only teach choreography we've fully prepped to be learnable in 90 minutes and to look right on camera. If your dream song is in our active roster, great. If not, we'll suggest 2–3 close alternatives (same energy, similar choreography style) and you choose from those. It's why our reels look finished, not half-rehearsed.
What should I wear?
Anything you can move in and feel photographed in. Sneakers (no flip-flops). Layers are smart — class warms up fast. The reel is on Instagram-ratio vertical, so think about what looks good head-to-toe.
Do you film with a real camera or our phones?
Both. We film with a stabilized iPhone/Android at studio quality, and we can also record on your phone if you want the raw file from your own device. Files transfer via AirDrop, USB, or instant cloud link before you leave.
I'm travelling solo / as a couple — can I still join?
Yes. Pick the open-class option on the form — we add you to a wait-list and run the class as soon as 6 seats are confirmed. We try to schedule open classes 2–3 times a week during peak tourist months, and we'll email you the next available slot that fits your dates.
Can we book a private group?
Yes — bring a crew of 6 to 10 (hen party, birthday, company team trip, dance club, family) and the whole studio is yours. You pick the time slot, no strangers in your reel. You can also request a song; the studio confirms the final track from our ready roster so the 90 minutes still produces a finished reel. Note "private" in the booking form and we'll send time-slot options + the songs available for your week.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your time slot by email, we send a secure payment link. Card or international transfer. No charge before confirmation.
